Kinematica Polytron PT1200 homogenisator har en letvægts 100W håndholdt motor. Benyttes til dispergering af små voluminer af plante-, dyre- eller humane vævsprøver i væske (f. eks. RNA ekstraktion), åbning af celler eller opløsning af fast stof i væske. De autoklaverbare aggregater muliggør homogenisering i voluminer fra 0,05 - 250 ml. Hastigheden kan med drejeknap reguleres trinløst op til 25.000 o/min.
Samples can optimally be homogenized, dispersed and mixed with the three available and exchangeable POLYTRON dispersing aggregates. The POLYTRON dispersing aggregate PT-DA 07/2 SYN-E082 can also be connected to the PT 1200 E.
A special quick coupling makes it easy to change the dispersing aggregates without further tools.
