Real-time horisontal gel electrophoresis system MiniDUO with power supply and gel illuminator

Versatile system for real-time gel electrophoresis of gels stained with EtBr, SYBR Green or SYBR Safe. The system has its own power supply and blue light gel illuminator for real-time visualisation of DNA bands. It is a compact solution with everything but reagents included.

After having cast your gel, it is simple to transfer the gel to the MSCHOICE tank, remove the combs and load the samples. Pour buffer in the chamber until it just covers the gel.

Then put on the gel illuminator lid and start the electrophoresis, which can now be observed thorugh the window pane in the lid. It is then possible to stop the run when the relevant DNA bands are ready for extraction, thus saving time.

Included with the product are: Mini MSCHOICE gel tank, power supply, blue LED gel illuminator lid, electrodes with cables, 7 x 7 cm and 7 x 10 cm gel trays, 2x gel combs for 8 samples each as well as dams for gel casting.
